EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEADER / SHIFT MANAGER REQUIRED, IDEALLY WITH A MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING BACKGROUND FOR A FULLY AUTOMATED PRODUCTION PROCESS.


ROLE:
Shift Production Team Leader - Process Operations Supervisor


SALARY:
£51,000 plus Bonus, 22 days hol increasing to 27 with service


LOCATION:
Knottingley


SHIFTS:
Mon-Fri, with some weekend work for outages rotating Days, Lates, Nights, average 48 hr week.


YOU WILL BE AN EXPERIENCED:
Operations Team Leader, Production supervisor, Shift Team Manager, Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Plant Team Leader or similar


ROLE:
Shift Production Team Leader - Process Operations Supervisor

You will oversee and operational shift in a fully automated production process.

You will ensure staff are engaged in their work and delivering required KPI's

You will ensure safety, environmental and quality processes are adhered to

You will supervise maintenance and corrective actions.


EXPERIENCE:
Shift Production Team Leader - Process Operations Supervisor

You will have experience in a supervisory role on a production / manufacturing environment


Ideally you will be a trained mechanical engineer or electrical engineer or have a good understanding through experience, or have had responsibility for engineers on your shift.


YOU WILL BE AN EXPERIENCED:
Operations Team Leader, Production supervisor, Shift Team Manager, Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Plant Team Leader or similar


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £51,000.00 per year
