Glentworth Formulations are a supplement contract manufacturing company based in Oldbury, and are recruiting for an experienced, highly organised, and motivated account manager to support the growth of or business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed budgeted sales and gross margin for your portfolio
  • Sales and margin for own/specific accounts delivery to targets as set out in budget
  • Ensure commercial strategy results are met against the core KPI's
  • Retain, and develop existing and new customers aligned with line manager
  • Prospect, qualify and win profitable new business driving our brand focus
  • Accurate delivery and thorough implementation of forecasts
  • Achieve a flawless execution of sales fundamentals
  • Lead customer agenda in chosen core categories
  • Develop profitable customer partnerships
  • Breath of knowledge and understanding the business
- focusing on the bigger picture/strategy, i.e. engaging others and working cross functionally to understand requirements of the total business therefore ensuring alignment of goals

  • Responsible in the identification of risks and opportunities and problem solving at a strategic level within the function, finding solutions to deliver and underpin the result required for the account/business
  • Implementation of the wholesale promotional plan within your customer base.
  • General Administration duties.


We are looking for an individual who has experience of working within account handling previously ideally within the FMCG sector or similar.

You will have to be passionate about building long lasting relationships with both your internal and external accounts, with a proven track record of growing current sales and building new opportunities within your accounts.


Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Account management: 3 years (preferred)
- sales: 3 years (preferred)
