Technical Support Engineer, £35,000, Poole
Role purpose

As a
Technical Support Engineeryou will join a small yet
impactful team within one of the UK's leading suppliers in this specialised engineering industry.

You will be responsible for providing customers with a continuous
first-class service and
professional technical support that meets the needs of their requirements.

As
Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for:

Providing timely
technical support.
Preparation, review and issue control of drawings, calculations, specifications, data sheets and investigation reports.
Supporting the review and interpretation of
customer technical specifications.
Supporting
quality related investigations and develop supporting technical information.
Deliver on company technical, quality, and other relevant
performance related KPIs.

Your
skills and
experience will include:

Experience in the
automotive,
marine,
defence, or
aerospace sectors is ideal.

-
Electro-mechanical/
mechanical engineering knowledge.

Experience using
CAD,
MS Office and other business support software.
Experience of working within an
ERP system.
Record of
providing engineering technical/
quality support.
Good
project,
time management and
report writing skills.
Able to conduct robust and logical
product/
quality investigations.
Possess a current and valid
passport and
full driving license.
