Whilst IT skills are essential; you don't need to be an expert.

Confidence in using a computer, a willingness to learn new systems, and the ability to follow clear instructions and procedures are key.

Compliance with TSA standards and guidelines is key, ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers, whether through phone or in-person interactions.

As a 24/7 service, operating 365 days a year.


Due to the nature of the role, you would be required to hold a full UK driving licence, but you wouldn't need access to your own car.


A typical day as a Carecall Officer (CO) could involve:

  • Attending to a person in their own home, who has had a fall, and using specialist lifting equipment to help them up.
  • Working with Police, Ambulance Crews and Social Services as well as internal departments and your colleagues
  • Promoting Telecare and the range of benefits it provides our customers with.
  • Supporting the wider team.
  • Installing TEC Equipment.
