Description

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our marketing team based in Warrington. This is a permanent hybrid working position, 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday between Warrington offices and home.

This is a vital role for Certas energy as we position ourselves to lead in the energy transition with cleaner, lower carbon emitting energy choices.

Specialising in the transition to renewable, affordable energy for UK homes and businesses, Certas Energyhas launched its brand Evolo.

Evolo will provide a mix of low carbon electrified alternatives from air source heat pumps, solar and battery storage and EV chargers to meet the evolving energy needs of the off-grid home, Evolo is supported by in-house design, installation and maintenanceservices also providing low-cost finance options.

Evolo will grow to support the domestic energy transition from the first to the last step.

The Senior Marketing Manager will play part a core part of the development of the Evolo brand and digital first customer journey through, execution of marketing and digitisation strategies that will enable scale and growth of Evolo in the UK. Tobe the Evolo expert and lead the marketing effort to establish Evolo as go to brand for energy transition in the UK.

What we are looking for

Extensive experience in a Strategic Marketing role
Post graduate marketing qualification (preferable)
Evidence of having developed effective customer insight and translated this into successful customer propositions and initiatives
Experience of preparing and delivering marketing plans
Evidence of having delivered effective marketing strategies and delivering most elements of the marketing mix, in particular product focussed initiatives
Commercially astute and able to demonstrate ROI
Highly influential individual, with experience of working successfully with a regional management structure to deliver business objectives
Project management skills
Budget management experience
Ability to work without direct supervision and to take responsibility for the delivery of key projects
Experience of working in digital B2C environments
