Description

RJS Recruitment are working with a well-established Freight Forwarder who offer a full range of services to their customers, including Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing and Storage.

UK Distribution, Container Transport, European Road Freight.

Main responsibilities:

Coordinating jobs from start to finish,
Liaising with clients, overseas partners, and suppliers
Ensure timely bookings of ocean freight forwarding on customer's behalf
Ongoing communication with customers within the UK and overseas offices regarding the movement of shipments

Customs clearance

Import & Export customs UK CDS entries.
Getting involved in the Operational finance side.
Booking Transport for the customer
Able to work well under pressure
Have knowledge of relevant systems
Be proactive and positive team member
High level of IT skills
Offer a high level of attention to detail with all work.
Offer efficiency and confidence when dealing with customers
