My well established, successful Thame based client is looking for a Logistics Coordinator.


The role consists of:

  • Liaising with hauliers and customers to ensure deliveries are made on time and in full.
  • This involves booking deliveries, checking and communicating estimated arrival times.
  • Checking and managing stock.
  • Negotiating with hauliers.
  • Continuous internal communication with team members to ensure operations run smoothly.
To be successful in this Logistics Coordinator role you will have:

  • Strong communication, negotiation and planning skills.
  • A proactive attitude.
  • Have strong numeracy skills with attention to detail.
  • Remain calm under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with transport and logistics desirable, however an eagerness to learn with the above skills is more important.
  • Educated to minimum of A level or a graduate is required.
Working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Salary 25-28K DOE with excellent benefits to include private health care and annual discretionary bonus scheme.
