Common duties and responsibilities include:
Dealing with inbound calls, answering queries and offering great customer service.

Objection handling and prevention of cancellations.

Listening to sales calls and checking quality standards are reached.

Good communication skills to liaise with managers regarding daily audits.

Professional attitude to work, punctual, reliable and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Hours

  • Mon,Tues & Thurs 48pm Wed & Fri pm

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
From £10,920.00 per year
