Sales Director - LifeSight

The Role

  • Taking ownership of RFPs, liaising with the internal bid management team to ensure the RFP is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership and lead on Third Party Evaluator research, across product, operations and investment.
  • Support senior sales team with third party evaluator relationships attending meetings as required.
  • Take ownership for the completion of general third party evaluator queries and information requests
  • Work with senior sales team to provide support for and to deliver internal sales presentations, meetings, and drive forward sales campaigns
  • Managing and nurturing direct prospect relationships as required when directed by the senior sales team.
  • Build and manage relationships internally and externally and collaborate effectively across multi business lines to help promote LifeSight
  • Effectively pitch LifeSight in a sales environment to demonstrate the value proposition of LifeSight while understanding and meeting the client's individual needs and requirements.
  • Responsibility for internal pipeline and keeping this uptodate with details of all opportunities
  • Responsibility for maintaining the internal CRM system with details of prospects, opportunities and activities and ensuring this is regularly reviewed and updated
  • Provide regular insight and reporting on the sales pipeline
  • Adhere to the WTW Sales Professional Excellence requirements, including full use of the internal document storage site and assist with internal Professional Excellence reviews

The Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong knowledge of DC pensions including master trusts.
  • Collaborative style, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for various sales projects
  • Be able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail to ensure consistency, quality and accuracy of deliverables
  • Creative and disciplined approach to sales planning, execution and reporting
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Selfmotivated and selfstarter attitude
  • Able to manage a diverse workload and flexibility for variable workload demands
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Project desirable)
  • Great team player
