M2 Education is a leading education supply agency dedicated to providing schools with exceptional teaching and support staff. We are currently recruiting for a Year 6 teaching Assistant to join a friendly school in Whitehaven.

As a Year 6 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students in their final year of primary education.

You will work closely with the Year 6 Class Teacher and other school staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring that students receive the necessary guidance and support to excel academically and socially.

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications and experience in working within education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with young learners
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of the children
