Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Sales Executive to join our award-winning team here at Breeze Van Centre
Portsmouth.

You will join us on a
full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a
competitive salary plus benefits.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday: hour lunch) with a day off in the week

Saturdays:

Sundays 1 in 3:

Responsibilities as our Sales Executive will include:

Approach and always receive customers promptly and courteously
Ensure the details of all vehicle transactions are accurately processed
Ensure timely and accurately completion of finance proposals and documentation
Be up to date with dealership's makes, models, features and pricing structures
Managing and keeping out customer CRM/Diary up to date and responding to customers in good time
Ensure pre delivery inspection and any repairs or servicing are carried out and the customer notified of any delays

What we're looking for in our idealSales Executive:

Main dealer experience or have experience of such. Alternatively, a strong sales background would be beneficial as technical training will be given.
Possess good knowledge with ability to answer customer queries.
Computer skills essential.
Knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given.
Ability to use own initiative and multitask.
Possess exceptional organisational skills.
Team player
Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner.
