April - 7th, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th & 30th

June - 3rd, 17th, 24th

August - 5th, 12th, 19th, 25th, 26th, 27th

September - 2nd, 23rd


Field Vision Bars are a Festival and Venue Bar Operator, delivering the likes of Bluedot, Boomtown, Kendal Calling & The Long Road Festivals alongside established venues such as Printworks, Dockyards and The Beams London.

Opening in April, Progress Centre is our newest project and we're looking for 2 Bar
Supervisors to support on live show days.


We are looking for confident individuals that are passionate about working in the bar and events industry and are available for the dates specified.

The bars will be cashless and entirely packaged stock - no keg experience is required for this role


Leading a small bar team of 5-7, including some with little to no experience, you will be organised and tidy by nature with a keen eye for attention to detail and a focus on impeccable and efficient customer service.


Main Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensuring licencing rules and regulations are followed (challenge 25,pours and measures etc)
  • Completing and submitting all required paperwork
  • Note all staff sign ins, staff movements and manage breaks alongside the Staffing Manager
  • Waste management and end of night stock count
  • Supervising a team of between bartenders & barbacks
  • Staff briefings before shifts and extended briefings for new staff
  • Training team members on how to correctly serve drinks, making sure staff are not overpouring / giving away drinks / handling cash
  • Dealing with tills and till issues / refunds / card readers / drink vouchers / Wi-Fi connections
  • Using radio to liaise with Operations / Back of House team
  • Bar set up ensuring all equipment is clean and set
  • Making sure stock levels of drinks, cups and cut fruit are maintained by barbacks
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and quick service
  • Observing the wellbeing of staff and customers

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 year Supervisor experience in busy clubs/bars
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Knowledge of end of night paperwork
  • Fluent in English speaking and written language.
  • Experience in managing stock and wastage.

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£15.00 per hour
