Your tasks:

Maintain and update Quality Systems, Continuous Improvement and Standardisation.
Deployment of company policies, procedures and methods into operational standards.
Coordination of all Internal / External Auditing activities including organising and Facilitating Management Review Process
Ensure that customer requirements are met. Regularly review and report on customer scorecards and portals and coordinate actions when required
Coordination, assurance of accuracy and communication of Quality Reporting
Facilitate Problem solving team reviews with plant and central functions
Coordinate the problem management process within the manufacturing teams to ensure that company systems are used and maintained
Mentoring of quality engineers to support their achievement of targets & activities
Management of supplier quality engineers and related processes including KPI monitoring and appropriate escalation activities
Complies with all company policies, procedures and guidelines including company strategy, health & safety, environment, quality, discipline, grievance and equal opportunities

Your Profile:

35 years in manufacturing or quality control
Proven leadership and team building skills
Degree standard in Quality, Reliability, Management or Engineering discipline
Good communication / interpersonal skills
Good problem solving skills including use of tools and statistical analysis
Knowledge of AIAG core tools and IATF standards
Project management and implementation of new products
SAP experience advantageous, IT literate, Production failure management, IATF standards
