Our client, a growing Investment company based in Mayfair with a great reputation, are looking for an established Team / Executive Assistant to support a team of 6, including 3 MD's.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy but down to earth team in all aspects of their worldwide travel logistics, diary management, client preparation and also supports the investor relation function.

The London office is a team of around 15 who are collaborative and friendly, yet professional and driven by high values and standards.

This role requires someone who is proactive, emotionally intelligent, organised and a competent communicator who pays good attention to the details.

Diary & calendar management
Arranging/booking all travel for MD's and Associates ( no inbox management)
Manage lunches, meetings and team events
Assisting with client /investor report preparation/ presentations
Preparing monthly expenses
Creating presentations

CRM management

Investor Relations

Working alongside another Team Executive Assistant and Office Manager, you will be valued and appreciated for the work you do and well remunerated financially.
