**Credit Risk Business Analyst

Venn Group are recruiting for a
Credit Risk Business Analyst to join a bank's Credit Department on a permanent basis.

This role has been created out of a need to assess and improve upon the banks Risk Reporting Framework, specifically froma Credit Risk perspective, supporting growth and development of the department across international jurisdictions, as well as in the London Office.

This position sits within the Second Line of Defence (2LOD) and involves overseeing developments of Credit Risk Policy throughout the bank, identifying potential and actual breaches in policy, mitigating business risks and making improvements to processes.

As such, applicants must have the following skills and experiences:

Demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst
experienced in requirements gathering, impact assessment, developing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
Experienced in frontend development, ideally with Power Platform
Exposure to projectbased environments and regulatory environments
Credit Risk Analysis experience familiar with banking risk domains
