We're looking for a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive to join our small but mighty team in our central Inverness studios.
Working with businesses across the Highlands and the wider UK, you'll get the opportunity to help them develop and grow by supporting our team of designers, developers and project managers to deliver a range of marketing services.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities
- Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information to help develop marketing plans
- Analyse surveys, polls, and other market research to look for patterns and trends
- Creating graphs, reports, and detailed data analysis using computer software
- Delivering reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations
- Copy writing for promotional material (blogs, brochures, leaflets etc.)
- Provides factchecking, copyediting, and formatting assistance during the creation promotional materials
- Helps maintain social media accounts for brands, products, or services
- Supports the Account Manager to nuture client relationships through superior customer service skills
- Helps the Project Managers with client correspondance during project delivery
- Places calls to, or visits clients as needed to answer questions or to support the Account Manager to deliver sales pitches
- Prepares quotes for new and existing clients
- Organises and plans the production of marketing materials by our studio using a project management system
- Helps to plan promotional events hosted by the company
- Client, project and company confidentiality
Marketing Executive Responsibilities (in addition to the above)
- Strategic input on campaigns
- Crafting campaign concepts and design briefs
- WordPress content management
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Delivering sales pitches to new clients
- Prepares new business proposals

Demonstrable Experience
- Spreadsheet, word processing and slide presentation programmes
- Working on multiple projects with multiple deadlines at the same time
- Basic understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
Desirable
- Developing and writing promotional materials, press releases and other audience and channel specific communications
- Developing digital communications and content creation
- Developing social media messaging, content creation and delivery
- Delivering marketing content for events, including the support of some event management and event logistics
- Preparation of creative material for projects (image formatting, social media graphics, copy writing)
- Marketing/Communications/Media/Public Relations or relevant degree qualification
- Work experience within a Marketing department or agency
