Description

I'm excited to partner with this fast-growing consumer goods company based in London, who is on a lookout for an experienced Demand Planning Manager to join their team and take ownership of the demand planning function and lead S&OP process, whilst effectivelycollaborating with cross-functional teams.

About the role:

In charge of building and maintaining demand plan alignments across the product portfolio, for a wide range of customers
Drive forecast accuracy across the portfolio and support the wider team with daytoday responsibilities to help ensure this
Lead S&OP meetings and support the delivery of key company KPIs
Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and drive efficiencies to supply chain operations
Manipulating data through forecasting tools & ERP system
Lead, manage, coach, and develop a team of planners

About you:

Minimum 5 years of experience working within demand planning & forecasting (ideally within FMCG industry)
Passionate people leader, with experience managing teams
Excellent numerical skills, analytical approach & experience managing data
Great commercial awareness and experience working with UK Retail/Wholesale customers
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
