SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR

KEY BENEFITS:
- £25-30K Basic £60K OTE

  • 5 Day Week

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years Estate Agency experience (must include valuing)
  • 12 months valuing experience (must be able to demonstrate good conversion rates)
  • Driving License required

Senior Sales Negotiator:

  • Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
  • Passion for selling houses
  • Valuations
  • Chance to work for a market leading agent
  • Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
  • Carry out market appraisals and follow up with potential clients
  • Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
  • Carry out viewings of properties
  • Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
