Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Camp Manager, a Summer Camp Staff Member is responsible for the following:

Delivering the Multi-Sports Activity programme, combining different sports and activities for 5-11 year olds
Responsible for looking after a group of up to 10 children ( ratio may vary depending on number of children and age cohort) delivering highenergy, fun, and inclusive sessions that ensure every child is engaged and has lots of fun, regardless of their ability. Activities can include a variety of sports, arts & crafts etc.

You must be able to:

Be able to work proactively and collaboratively with your peers.
Maintain professional relationships with children, staff, parents, and carers; communicating effectively.
Site administration if required
Checking and organising equipment and site
Setting activity areas up
General cleaning and tidying
