IMG Digital Content Studio (DCS) is a creative, multi-skilled team of production experts, creating content for the modern media world.

We produce a wide range of video and audio formats including short & long form, digital, social, live and audio/podcasts.

We are an extension of the IMG Media production unit, providing content services to the wider Endeavor network and direct to client.


What You'll Do:


Overall, the Media Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated individual to work within IMG's Branded Content division and develop their skills in media production and project management.


Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Visit international locations throughout the year to support production and editors with setup, data transfer and backup from various camera sources. Make ingest plans to prioritise footage processing.
  • Cover DIT duties on-site, logging camera cards and rushes for editors and transcoding media.
  • Provide handover to editors in London and remotely after the event and help as an edit assistant to ensure edits are up to speed as soon as possible after an event finishes.
  • Assist Production Teams and Research Team in sourcing material for edits, clip-up larger files and deliver to Production Partners or distribution platforms.
  • Log footage onsite for edit and retroactively log material during archiving after events.
  • Ensure all project hard drives are tracked, logged and backed up. Back up shoot drives to master drives and keep track of rushes, projects, working edits, archive and deliverables.
  • Actively monitor Production calendars to ensure all projects are prepped and backed-up in good time.
  • Facilitate day-to-day uploads, downloads and archive retrievals from Cloud storage.
  • Attribute appropriate metadata to digital files and log paperwork to the archive.
  • Manage ad hoc digitising, logging duties, drive requests and footage requests from external agencies.
  • Backup daily edit versions and WIP for Producers and Editors.
  • Support Production teams with file transfers, asset management and project back-ups.
  • Contribute to ongoing refinement of Media Workflows and briefing documentation.
  • Ensure all rushes and archive are ingested and available for edit.
  • Manage/Maintain housekeeping of FTP, Nearline storage and the IMG Tape, Drive and Cloud Library.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Experience working with data-management, data-synchronization and digital workflows.
  • Previous experience of working in a TV production environment, a Post-Production Facility, or as a DIT.
  • Desire to improve the management systems and processes.
  • Logging, digitizing, project back-ups and record keeping.
  • Experience using Avid in a production environment and an understanding of Avid Nexis and Interplay.
  • Genuine interest in problem solving, trouble shooting and improving workflow efficiency.
  • Knowledge of VizOne, Iconik, Media Encoding and file transfer platforms.
  • Basic editing skills (Avid/Adobe Premiere)

  • Valid Passport and unrestricted ability to travel
