Warrens - The Perfect Transport and Logistics Partner for Baked Goods, offering storage and logistics solutions for non-refrigerated goods including bread, cake and patisserie.

Warrens are the primary distributor for many well known FMCG customers and havea tremendous industry reputation for its dedication towards its services.

Our Rugby site are now recruiting for an Export Administrator on a full timebasis.


Salary:
£25,250.68 per annum


Working hours:
Days - 4 on 4 off, 06:00-18:00


The purpose of an Export Administrator involves processing all orders from preliminary documentation through to delivery and acceptance by the customer.

Ensuring that high levels of productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction are maintained at alltimes.

Key Duties of an Export Administrator:

  • Preparing export quotations accurately and in a timely manner
  • Dealing with all Distributor's and Customer's enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Arranging transport delivery and monitoring all shipments
  • Preparing and reviewing all shipping documentation for export
  • Liaising with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment
  • Providing aftersales support to customers
  • Produce all necessary transport documents
  • Complete Export Customs declarations
  • Liaising extensively with clients and building successful long term business relationships

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • PC literate and experience in MS Excel
  • Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions
  • Proactive and adaptable approach
  • Selfstarter, ability to work using own initiative
  • Conscientious and reliable
  • Able to manage own work load effectively and prioritise
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organised, clean and tidy approach to work
