JOB DESCRIPTION


Reporting to the Head of Human Resources Operations and based remotely or hybrid if commutable, you will join the HR team to make a huge impact on the future of Agio's culture and internal talent.

You will work on a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced environment to provide people solutions for Agio team members.

You will be responsible for overseeing human resources administration and identifying potential employee relations and local compliance risks, as well as developing and implementing mitigation plans across our global workforce.

You will manage our ever-evolving people analytics and partner across the business to help leadership form strategy based on evidence.

You will need to be highly organized, flexible, and leverage time zone overlap effectively to provide some communication throughout the week, though there is no expectation of you working consistently in a North American time zone.

This role will be a trusted team partner who owns his / her task load and works independently to achieve established targets and deadlines.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support managers and team members across our global business groups
  • Support team members with daytoday tasks, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Implement strategies to drive team member engagement and diversity
  • Assist team members and managers with general questions, benefits, and leave management.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and team members on HR policies and procedures, employment best practices, and general labour compliance.
  • Review, update, and communicate policies and procedures to ensure they meet current legislation for NI, UK, and any other applicable governance.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Partner with the HR leadership team to review policies and company handbooks; manage and execute communications to keep team members updated
  • Assist in maintaining team member records and ensure best practices are followed across the organization
  • Human Resources Reporting and Analytics
  • Maintain and update employee records and data
  • Create and maintain daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting
  • Create and run adhock reports and maintain accurate record keeping
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Agio representing our culture and core company values
  • Other duties and project work as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition with a focus on generalist or HR operations, related degree, and/or CIPD qualifications are strongly preferred
  • Knowledge in UK and Northern Ireland employment laws
  • Experience working in an HRIS; ADP Workforce experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in the

Microsoft Office Suit:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience in compliance administration or an active knowledge of compliance best practices
  • Effective organizational and time management skills with a drive to win and solve problems
  • Successful track record of achieving deadlines, targets, and goals
  • Sound judgement
  • Must be an effective communicator who enjoys interacting with others and exhibits great people skills.
