Job Summary
David Harries & Company is a family run business with a strong emphasis on customer service.

We pride ourselves in a wide range of products from belts, bearings and oils to the top of the range power tools and welding equipment.

A company car, laptop and phone is provided for the role.


Responsibilities and Duties
As Customer Sales Representative you will be required to do the following

  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone and face to face. Having a friendly, approachable and ready to help attitude.
  • Improve customer engagement and increasing sales.
  • Sell products and assist customers by being professional, having good product knowledge of a range of our products.
  • Introduce new customers to the business.
  • To operate the sales counter, computers and tills, creating a positive lasting impression of the store and ensure customers leave with everything they require.
  • Be flexible and willing to support all areas within the business.
  • Work as part of a team to support colleagues and to be collaborative in working practices.
The hours required 40 per week with a rota for Saturday morning shifts.


Qualifications and Skills
New members of the team will need to be motivated and pro-active.

Tuition and on the job training will be provided with an extensive view across a range of products.


Job Types:

Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
