A leading law firm are seeking a CRM Manager to join their busy marketing and business development team.

The purpose of this role is to help the firm maximise the efficiency and capitalise on the full features and benefits of OnePlace, the firm's CRM system, helping surface insights for business development and grow relationships with prospects, referrers andclients.


Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy and Development

  • Develop the firm's CRM system, ensuring best practice processes are communicated and adopted.
  • Own the CRM plan, ensuring implementation and developing the plan as required.
  • Regular reporting to sector groups and departments and to the Board as required. Use reports to demonstrate ROI in business development.
  • Review 'how to' guides, develop a training plan and provide training on OnePlace usage to ensure effective and consistent usage across the firm.
  • Work with business development and marketing colleagues to ensure that OnePlace data is employed effectively for programmes and campaigns.
  • Play a key role in the marketing and BD team's use of Vuture, making recommendations for improvements and reporting on key insights.
Data Management and Usage

  • Effective management of OnePlace, updating policies where required to ensure compliance with GDPR and PECR.
  • Ensure that the data held is accurate, relevant and up to date and liaise with colleagues to ensure data gaps are filled and the quality of our data is actively improved.
  • Provide relevant intelligence to others in the marketing and business development team, sector groups and departments, to enable effective targeting.
  • Create searches and develop regular and ad hoc reports for targeting and reporting purposes.
  • Work with colleagues to share and build knowledge and skills on OnePlace through training and regular guidance.
  • Regular reconciliation checks and, collaborating with colleagues, ensure continuing effective integration between our management information system and OnePlace.
Other

  • Manage the relationship with the CRM provider, InTapp.
  • Involvement as required with firm's emarketing system, Vuture.
  • Work with and understand the BD opportunities offered by the firm's subscription to an external tech sector database.
  • Involvement with migrating the current system to a new platform, a forthcoming mediumterm project.
Personal Attributes and Skills

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong and demonstrable understanding of business development strategies and role of CRM within the professional services sector.
  • Demonstrable business knowledge and the ability to interrogate data to surface BD insights.
  • Proven track record of working with CRM systems in a professional services environment.
  • Ability to influence and promote the benefits of CRM in a professional services environment.
  • Ability to manage key supplier relationship including tracking licences.
