Description of Job/duties:


  • To support us on the next stage of our development, we are looking to increase the capacity of our attendance improvement team with
- additional Educational Welfare Officer posts. This is a key part of
- strengthening our support for families and driving the very best
- attendance of pupils.

  • The creation of this post also alongside new roles of attendance officer and an attendance manager. You will join a refreshed and vibrant team with the resources to bring about real change and improvement.
  • Importantly, this is an outward facing role and we are looking for
- someone who will engage families effectively and compassionately and be a representative for the Trust and it's academies in our community.
