Job Summary:


The Dumper and Roller Driver with a Thames Water Passport will be responsible for operating and maintaining dump trucks and road rollers on construction sites.

This role requires a skilled and safety-conscious operator with a strong understanding of heavy equipment and construction processes.


Dumper/Roller Driver
Key Responsibilities:


  • Safely operate and manoeuvre dump trucks and road rollers on construction sites.
  • Perform preoperational checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Transport construction materials, debris, and equipment as needed, following project requirements.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials transported and equipment maintenance activities.
  • Communicate effectively with the construction team to coordinate equipment movements and tasks.
  • Follow project schedules and work closely with the Site Supervisor to meet project deadlines.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Act as a safety role model for other team members and promote a culture of safety on the construction site.

Qualifications:


  • CPCS Ticket Required
  • Thames Water Passport
  • Proven experience as a Dumper and Roller Driver in a construction environment.

Salary:
£200.00 per day
