The role sits within our Group Marketing team and operates across all our businesses [or banners] across Europe.

- Provides thought leadership on CRM topics including:
- Customer retention strategy and campaign.
- Customer data architecture, management, and usage across channels.
- Loyalty strategy.
- CRM martech: using existing partners and identifying new solutions as required.
- Data protection and privacy legislation.
- Builds a sharing framework across banners.
- Brings external benchmarking, competitive information and best practice to the Kingfisher banners, cascades meaningful innovation.
- Works with banners to showcase the role of CRM in driving sustainable growth.
- Leads group vendor relationships, including RFPs and commercial negotiations.
- Advises on additions to our agency & partner roster
What you'll bring:
What We Need
- An experienced CRM expert, with demonstrable success in driving commercial results and senior stakeholder buy in.
- Highly commercial, comfortable in a fast paced, resultsdriven business.
- Someone comfortable with influencing and delivering through others.
- Experience of designing and implementing a retention led growth measurement framework demonstrating ROI and contribution to other channels including stores.
- Expertise in customer data: acquisition, enrichment, management and optimisation across owned and paid media.
- Strong martech expertise, from CDP to automation & AI specialists.
- Omnichannel experience, preferably in consumer retail businesses.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to energise senior stakeholders in relation to ongoing investment in your domain.
- A relationship builder, able to create effective ways of working between group and banners.
- Working in the group function of a large, complex, matrixed business.
- Multichannel communication automation
- Fluency in English & French will be an advantage.
