• Efficient handling, loading, and unloading of materials and tools at project sites.
• Proficient use of both manual and powered construction tools, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Site preparation and cleanup, including the removal of debris and potential hazards.
• Strict compliance with all safety standards and regulations on site.
• Clear and effective communication with team members and project leaders.

• Experience in construction or similar fields, although newcomers are encouraged to apply.
• Physical fitness for handling demanding tasks and heavy lifting.
• A basic familiarity with various construction tools.
• A robust work ethic, coupled with excellent teamwork capabilities.
• A proactive approach to learning and following guidance from experienced personnel.
• Having a valid driver's license is beneficial but not essential.
