We are looking for Production Operatives

The pay rate starts from £11.55 per hour

Location:
Dunkeswell;EX14

Immediate start

No experience needed

Shift: 06:00 to 16:00

Temp to perm

Mach Recruitment is recruiting several Production Operatives to work in a large food production and distribution site in Dunkeswell.

The role:

As a Production Operative you will be working within a food production environment and your duties will be as followed:

Packing of customer products as per required specification
Picking and prepping required ingredients for production, as listed in the production documents
Basic Quality checks of product
Operate production equipment to the required standards and outputs
General production duties
Some lifting of product
Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to
To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements
This is a fastmoving environment, all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance with the hygiene regulations at all times
General Duties outlined by your shift supervisor

About you:

As a Production Operative, you will have the following skills and experience:

Start immediately and are looking for long-term work.
Able to follow procedures both written and verbal.
Able to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
Responsive, committed, and passionate about doing the job right the first time.
Good numeracy and literacy.
A sense of urgency.
Excellent timekeeping and discipline.
Previous experience is not needed.
Able to work up to 10 hours per shift.
You will be able to travel to Dunkeswell.
