My client is part of the PSC Insurance Group, a global business operating across 4 continents.

They are a leading broker offering expert insurance solutions specially designed for arborists, tree surgeons, forestry workers and landscape contractors.

Theyhave a great atmosphere and a really supportive work ethos. They are very driven to succeed and are growing year upon year both in terms of size and income.


Key responsibilities:

  • Chasing up required documents. Clients are required to return relevant documents after going on cover so chasing clients up and forwarding documents to insurers is important.
  • Liaising with insurers and clients: Throughout a policy term, the client's and insurers sometimes have queries of which need to be dealt with.
  • Handling mail: They receive post in the morning from insurers and clients so you will need to send some letters out when needed
  • Answering telephone calls and redirecting them to the correct department
