Elderly Nursing Home
Swaffham, Norfolk
£20per hour

40 hours per week - supernumery hours**Eclypse Recruitment is currently recruiting for a nurse qualified deputy home manager for a nursing home in Swaffham in Norfolk.

You will be joining a reputable service and small provider.

As the deputy home manager in this beautiful nursing home, you will be purely working supernumery hours BUT expectation to cover nursing shifts if required.

Amongst other duties, you will be responsible for:

Assisting with the daily management of the home
Run the home in the absence of the home manager
Working under the guidance of the manager to improve standards within the service
Support the manager to produce and maintain systems within the home by carrying out audits, quality assurance and following policies and procedures

The Role

You MUST be a registered nurse with active NMC registration
RGN or RMN or RNLD
You must have care home experience and an excellent knowledge of elderly nursing care
Strong leadership skills are required
L4/ 5 qualification desirable

Working 40 hours per week between Monday - Friday supernumery hours at £20 per hour
