The main duties of the Operations Administrator role are as follows:
- Set up new accounts
- Cash and stock transfers
- Settle transactions across various markets
- Cash reconciliations
- Identify continuous improvements in working practices
- Provide an excellent client service, delivering in line with expectations and keeping all stakeholders updated
Profile
The main requirements for the Operations Administrator are as follows:
- Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to cope in highpressure environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
