Contract Scotland are supporting a successful main contractor in their search for an experienced Bid Manager. Joining their Glasgow based team, you will be at the heart of growth, opportunity and success.

As a driven and influential individual, you willbring together an established Bid Team and work collaboratively to create successful work-winning bids.

As Bid Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Producing creative bid solutions on time and in line with client requirements.
Submitting professional bids to existing and prospective clients.
Developing, resourcing and managing bid programme.
Preparing and managing tender risk registers.
Finalising bids; supporting estimating and postproposal reviews.
Ensuring the company's products and services are understood and highlighted.
Organising and leading tender launches in line with the company's strategic growth plan.
Influencing and managing Bid Team and mentoring junior members of staff.

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced construction professional with exemplary communication skills and a drive to work collaboratively and influence success.

You will be a creative, innovative and resourceful individual with a thoroughcomprehension of the Scottish construction market and supply chains.
