Are you ready to take on a dynamic role as a Facilities Coordinator? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team and support our Facilities Manager and Senior Facilities Administrator in delivering exceptional facilities services.
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of all plant and equipment within our client's buildings.
Your main focus will be overseeing the efficient operation of all plant and equipment within the client's buildings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You will also assist the Facilities Manager and Senior Facilities Administrator in executing various tasks to maintain a high standard of facility management.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail. You should also have effective communication and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to work collaboratively with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain contract staff tracker, updating with information on starters, leavers, sickness, holiday, assets held and any other relevant information. Provide contract management team with summarised information on a monthly basis or as required
- Maintain a weekly schedule of contract management movements and ensure timely circulation to team
- Assist the business by the raising of purchase orders as required
- Provide relief cover for Reception/Hospitality as and when required
- Provide administration of ISS systems and processes for the sites
- Provide support and to deputise in the Senior Facilities Administrator's absence
- Any other duties as required by line management
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a similar environment, preferably in FM and with financial aspects to role
- Proven track record of achievement, preferably gained in a bluechip service organisation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player
- Technology literate
