The Opportunity
This is a highly varied role for a veterinary focused Company.

It will see you take ownership of mostly below the line marketing campaigns, because a lot of the products are regulated medicines.

It comprises an interesting mix of B2B marketing to distribution partners and veterinary practices activities.

Using data and insight you will work with the different functional teams (including technical, regulatory and sales) to deliver and adapt brand / product campaigns that support growth through driving a mix of compliance, increased market penetration and ultimately increased customer's customer recommendations.

It requires good communication skills, as well as creative flair to inspire and implement new brand campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing, technical and sales to optimise campaign performance. Provide recommendations for adjustments to targeting and messaging based on data analysis.
  • Hold responsibility for internal asset management system.
  • Ownership of internal engagement and training on product brands and customer segments for all relevant areas of the business within the scope of the International markets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer and how customers (e.g. veterinarians, end users) utilise product(s) and what information they need to remove barriers to the use of product(s).
  • Support the Marketing Manager to benchmark brand and customer segment performance, feeding insights into the International team to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Bring passion and an eagerness to learn to the team look for outside ideas for inspiration, demonstrating flexibility in approach towards an everincreasing digital future.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to structure and organise effectively and deliver to deadlines
  • Good organisational, problem solving and time management skills, liaising with multiple teams across the business
  • Selfstarter with demonstrable use of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Works effectively with others, building productive, collaborative relationships across departments and with third parties

  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and reporting, preferably in a fastpaced environment
  • Degree level in marketing, communications or business management or a relevant qualification
  • Some domestic or international travel may be required
