Main Objective of the Site Supervisor Role:

To oversee and manage subcontractors on site, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety Regulations according to company standards.

Oversee and manage daily project operations on site
Prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
Report any non-compliance to Compliance Manager
Coordinate with Operations Manager & Client
Provide updates on progress, receive feedback, address issues, and manage time constraints
Ensure completion of all necessary paperwork with proper signatures
Enforce adherence to Health & Safety protocols as per current laws
Ensure appropriate Personal Protective Equipment is worn as per Risk Assessments
Arrange for materials, tools, and equipment for the site
Implement Quality Control measures
Conduct Site Inductions
Maintain site diaries
Perform vehicle inspections
Oversee store maintenance
Conduct toolbox talks
Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations

Requirements:

Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in using computers
Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic environment
Possession of SSSTS or SMSTS certification
CSCS card (Preferably)
Valid UK driving license
Previous experience in a similar position, ideally with a Level 4 or higher qualification in construction management or equivalent
Sound knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
Successful completion of a full DBS check during company induction
