An established, international biopharmaceutical organisation within south Cambridge, have gone from strength to strength since their conception and are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join them.


This client has a mission to advance quality of life and do so by developing innovative and effective medicines through their platform.


Operating as a trusted HRBP, you will provide support across a range of HR Services to leaders and employees within a specific division of the business, by achieving objectives and goals, and embedding corporate strategies into day-to-day work.


Working closely with senior leaders, you will act as a mentor and coach to support personal and team development and shape a culture like no other.

Adding value to the business in areas such as talent management, workforce planning, inclusive culture andengagement.

Along with a strong background at Business Partner level, you will also possess:

  • Experience within a Pharma/Biotech environment
  • A strong ability to communicate at all levels, confidently challenge and negotiate, and translate business objectives
  • A thorough understanding of HR policies and processes
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, along with strong problemsolving skills
