Description

The Trainee Nursing Associate will work with their Supervisor and will help to plan, co-ordinate and deliver care.

The Trainee Nursing Associate is a team player, who will actively contribute to holistic care, and will be able to assist in dealing with the nonroutine and unpredictable nature of the workload, to provide high quality fundamental care to patients, under the guidance of a Registered Practitioner/Supervisor, in a caring, compassionate and sensitive manner.

The Trainee Nursing Associate will act always in the patients best interests. Protect and maintain the patients privacy and dignity at all times.

Provide individualised care and respect personal beliefs and preferences. Alert the Registered Practitioner/Supervisor and respond to any change or concern relating to the welfare of patients in a timely manner
