Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings
  • Support the preparation of annual financial statements

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Familiarity with financial reporting requirements
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
