As a church school, we have been a proud member of PDET since 2019, alongside 32 other schools in the Rutland, Peterborough, and Northamptonshire area.

PDET is responsible for employing all staff and managing the finances and other central services for the Academies in the Trust.

We are now looking for a confident, experienced self-starter to join our team and provide preventative maintenance, general building repairs, and health and safety compliance at our school.

If you are proactive, personable, conscientious and ready to make a real change, we would love to hear from you.

You will be accountable for several responsibilities, including:

Checking security and report and dealing with any faults or damage to property,
Ensuring the utility services are operational (heating, lighting and electrical supply),
Carrying out minor semiskilled building repair and preventative maintenance tasks using hand and power tools.
Using a greater range of DIY skills may be a larger part of the job.
