As our Payroll & Pensions Services Advisor you will join the small friendly Payroll team which is part of the wider People and Culture team. The Payroll and Pensions Services Adviser is a professional level role within the team, conducting a variety of activities and supporting endtoend payroll processing for our monthly payroll. We pay approximately 1,500 people each month including both salaried and hourly paid staff.
You will be involved in all aspects of routine and nonroutine payroll and pensions processing, as well as projects within the team. You will be the second line support for queries and escalations from both internal and external contacts. This is very much a handson role.
