This is a great opportunity to join a growing, professional company in the engineering world.

With a variety of projects around the North of England, you would work with teams, building your skill set in groundwork and installation.

The key responsibilities are:

1. Liaise with foreman to discuss the project and ensure works van is fully equipped at the start of each project with the correct materials.
Share responsibility of driving works van where possible
Follow instructions given by the Foreman
Assist in setting up site, ie fencing, signage, compound area as advised by Foreman and follow any specific site rules when applicable

Assist in the following on site tasks if qualified to do so:

Drive Dumper
Drive excavator
Lifting operations
Drainage works
Operate a variety of hand and power tools
Ensure all H&S rules have been applied and followed when on site. Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and equipment by storing them properly

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£12.00-£14.00 per hour
