Description

We are looking for a good all rounder who will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer experience by supporting the business in all aspects of maintenance and upkeep including; performing minor repairs, coordinating external contractors and performing regular maintenance checks and audits.

You will

Play a key part in external presentation of the business to include regular Pressure washing, kerb clearance, bin compound.
Perform regular window cleaning around the building.
Support the Maintenance Technician with basic maintenance duties to assist with the upkeep of the site including decorating, basic joinery, tiling, basic plumbing and bulb changes
Support the Housekeeping team when required.
Coordinate and work with our external contractors and oversee minor projects as required by the maintenance technician.
Ensuring all maintenance jobs are logged via Access Maintain.
Carry out snow clearing/gritting as required
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and training during the use of equipment and machinery

This is a part-time, permanent role working 30 hours a week (4 days out of 7) with some weekend working required on a rota basis.
