Clinical Psychologist (Children's Services)
We are working with an established provider specialising in services to support young people aged who may present with complex needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Clinical Psychology Department, leading the team to deliver an effective service and the best possible evidenced outcome for children and young people.
Do you have the following skills and experience
- HCPC Registered
- Leadership Skills with desire to set high aspirations aiming to be an outstanding provider of inhouse clinical psychology service
- The ability to build excellent strategic partnerships with key providers and stakeholders
- Developing and implementing robust performance assessment including monitoring, assessing and developing the roles and competencies of the clinical and nonclinical staff
- Ability to oversee clinical education and quality of delivery ensuring psychological support reaches into the young people's home life and school
- Ensure every young person receives the psychological support that enables them to make progress so that they can make a successful transition into adulthood
- Train and support your clinical team in completing assessments, clinical reports and intervention with young people.
- Responsibility for budgets and identify resources needed to meet the needs of young people
- Undertake onetoone work with children were consented to by the child/young person and the Local Authority and produce reports for relevant parties, including
- Follow up on safeguarding matters that are reported and ensure safe practice within the team

- Salary £50,000.00£75,000.00 per year, dependent on experience
