Master Data Analyst

The Master Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and quality of data within our ERP Systems.
Responsibilities in this role include overseeing Employee, Vendor, and Customer Accounts, as well as managing Contracts and the Employee Asset Database.
You will ensure compliance with master data policies, achieving high levels of customer service, and executing tasks defined in established procedures promptly and accurately.
The role requires a meticulous approach to data processing to uphold the standards of quality and consistency expected in our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Full review of all requests for completeness and accuracy to drive adherence to ISS Procurement, Set up and ISS Data Protection Policies
- Creation and amendment of Vendor, Customers and Employee Master data in the ISS ERP system in line with ISS policies
- Regular review and analysis of vendor and employee master data in the ISS ERP System
- Alignment of master data between ERP and subsystems
- Regular review of existing master data for completeness, accuracy and continuous improvement opportunities
- Assisting with internal/external audit activities
- Identification and appropriate follow up of opportunities for increased accuracy, efficiencies, standardization and rationalisation of master data
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Good general secondary education or equivalent
- Master Data Management and control in Excel and other solutions
- Experience working with finance related data and coding
- Experience of NAVISION or similar ERP
- Experience of project working and matrix environments
- Prior experience of working with an outsourced Finance Shared Service Centre is preferable but not mandatory
- A selfstarter with a strong ethos in Customer focussed outcomes
- Attention to detail is essential
