Description

The FCR Duty Planning Team are responsible for ensuring that there are enough staff on duty and that they are in the right place to ensure that the FCR can meet our demand from the public in answering telephone and digital contact and resourcing and managing incidents.


The FCR Duty Planner role is critical to our service delivery in not only responding and resolving short term staffing issues but also forward planning.


The purpose of the role is to ensure operational resilience through duty planning and deployment of resources in order to reduce harm and increase public confidence.

The Duty Planning Officer will assess and plan the resourcing requirements of the Force Control Room by taking into consideration operational needs, legislation, employment law, Force policies and financial implications to ensure effective service delivery to the County.

£27,789.00-£29,874.00 per year
