Contracts Manager

Batley on a basic salary of up to £55,000 per annum plus a company car or car allowance.

Are you?

  • An experienced Contracts Manager
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects
  • Looking for a stable business with an excellent order book
  • Looking for local work (mainly within a 1hour 30minute commute)
The Role


The Contracts Manager will:

  • Manage a number of projects at one time
  • Oversee and manage site managers and supervisors
  • Write programmes via MS Projects
  • Write risk assessments and method statements
  • Manage client relationships
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Commercially manage the daytoday costs on sites such as labour and plant
  • Complete progress reports reporting to the Construction Director
