Customer Service Co-Ordinator required for friendly Mitcham based central heating company.

This is your chance to join a friendly team at one of London and the South's leading central heating companies.


As Customer Service Co-Ordinator your key responsibilities will include

  • Arranging customers appointments and engineers workloads
  • Speaking with customers and resolving any issues / enquiries
  • Dealing with our contract clients such as estate agents and insurance companies
  • Database entry
  • Invoicing
  • Administrative & general office duties.

Skills Required:


  • Microsoft Windows
  • Microsoft Office (Excel / Outlook / Word)
  • Good telephone manner essential
  • Able to work calmly under pressure
  • Experience in customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen to learn and work within a team
  • Previous experience in the heating industry an advantage but not crucial, as training given.

In return for your skills and experience, you will receive

  • 20 days paid holiday, increasing to 25 days with length of service, plus 8 bank holidays

Hours
40hrs per week (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)

Expected hours: 40 per week


Starting salary:
£26k per annum


Salary:
£26,000.00 per year
