Customer Service Co-Ordinator required for friendly Mitcham based central heating company.
This is your chance to join a friendly team at one of London and the South's leading central heating companies.
As Customer Service Co-Ordinator your key responsibilities will include
- Arranging customers appointments and engineers workloads
- Speaking with customers and resolving any issues / enquiries
- Dealing with our contract clients such as estate agents and insurance companies
- Database entry
- Invoicing
- Administrative & general office duties.
Skills Required:
- Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Office (Excel / Outlook / Word)
- Good telephone manner essential
- Able to work calmly under pressure
- Experience in customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen to learn and work within a team
- Previous experience in the heating industry an advantage but not crucial, as training given.
In return for your skills and experience, you will receive
- 20 days paid holiday, increasing to 25 days with length of service, plus 8 bank holidays
Hours
40hrs per week (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)
Expected hours: 40 per week
Starting salary:
£26k per annum
Salary:
£26,000.00 per year
