We are looking for an experienced and Passionate Head of to work as part of our Accommodation Services across London, Wilshire & the South East.

This will be a Field based role.

You will directly line manage seven managers across these services, three in Devon, three in Somerset and one in Gloucester.

The range of service types includes CQC registered supported living, commissioned support, intensive housing management supported accommodation and outreach support.

Based at our service in Taunton, I will also be responsible for overseeing Rethink Reconnect service which is a unique service offering outreach support to individuals with dementia.


How you will make a difference:

As Head of Accommodation I am part of Rethink Mental Illness Leadership Group and have responsibility for leading a cluster of housing services, including CQC registered services.

Working in our Operations Directorate, reporting into our Associate Director of Accommodation Services, I lead our Service Managers in ensuring that our accommodation-based services are consistently delivering high-quality, safe and person-centred care and support in line with contractual requirements - most importantly delivering great outcomes for people using our services.

I work with colleagues across the organisation to develop and grow our service offer.
