This amazing Gastro Pub hasa contemporary and stylish backdrop to a pub that specialises in fresh food, exceptional service and a team that exceeds every guest's expectations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced General Manager to grow within an established independentpub group.

The successful General Manager will drive this business from the floor, delivering the offer with flair and presence. The role is a host to the guests and a coach to the team.

If you are a guest focused, intuitive General Manager and have a passion for foodand drink, with at least five years restaurant / pub management experience in a high volume business.

Your personality and people skills are important to us. We'd also like you to demonstrate that you, are driven, committed and keen to learn and have impressive service-standards.

You will need to have the ability to work well within a busy environment andthe skills to communicate effectively with the team and customers and maintain the high standards of this busy site.
